Don’t have access to greenwood for carving? Check out this soup spoon blank. Designed to be able to carve an elegant profile and provide enough depth in the bowl for sippin’ some soup. The top of the handle runs with the grain for ease of decoration by chip carving or kolrosing if desired. Extra wood left at the top of the spoon blank if you choose to add a finial. The price includes 2 blanks. Spoon blanks are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks to create your blanks. Spoon blanks are made from whatever greenwood I have on hand at the moment, but is typically cherry, birch, maple, or boxelder.
