This is a blank for a wooden Swedish knife. The Swedish knife can be a real work horse for you kitchen. It is a great spreader, but is also great for cutting softer cheeses on your charcuterie board. Greenwood blanks are made to order, so please allow up to two weeks for completion. Blanks are made from whatever wood I have available at the time, typically maple, birch, cherry, or boxelder. Blanks are only shipped to U.S. destinations.
